Greater Victoria Crossing Guards Association 2021 Grant in Aid
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council confirms the amount of the 2021 grant in aid for the Greater Victoria Crossing Guards Association.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER’S COMMENTS:
I concur with the recommendation.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To provide information requested by the Committee of the Whole at its March 16, 2021 meeting regarding the fee per crossing guard for 2019, 2020 and 2021 in relation to the application from the Greater Victoria Crossing Guards Association for a 2021 grant in aid.
DISCUSSION:
At its March 16, 2021 meeting, the Committee of the Whole approved a grant in aid of $23,550 to the Greater Victoria Crossing Guards Association contingent on confirmation of fee per crossing guard in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
The following documents are attached in response to the Director of Finance’s request for information:
