Hi Dawn,
I realize that the estimate for 2021 is less than the requested amount. That is due to the need to keep the excess from the last year to cover the WorkSafe assessment received in February right as I was completing our grant application. I this causes confusion please phone me to help clear it up.

Hi Dawn,
I have attached the Excel sheet with the information that was requested.
I have also included the administration/overhead cost as a separate item as it is more of a fixed cost rather than attached to each staff member.
Please let me know if you need any more information.

Hello Audrey,
I am pleased to inform you that View Royal Council has conditionally approved your request for a 2021 grant in aid for the crossing guard service at View Royal Elementary and Eagle View Elementary schools.
Council requested that prior to finalizing approval of the grant, you provide confirmation of the costs per crossing guard for 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Please send me this information and I will share it with Council for them to make a final decision about the grant.
Thank you.

Hi Angela,
Thank you for considering our amended application. The Insurance increase was an unpleasant discovery.
I have attached our amended application and the supporting documents. I have provided reports in the past months to finish off the 2020 calendar year(The Township's fiscal year end). Is there anything further we need to provide to be in good condition for eligibility?
I hear reports from the crossing guards frequently of the assistance the adult crossing guard lends to increase the pedestrian's mindfulness as they make their way across the road and also of the drivers to safely share the road. Ensuring the community and those commuting through it are all safe and showing do care. Thanks again for the continued support of the program.

Subject: Grant-in-aid application
Hello,
Thank you for the opportunity to apply to the Township of View Royal Grant-In-Aid again this year.
We have removed the Craigflower/Admirals/Old Island Hwy location from our services and grant application. We appreciate the support we have received thus far from Township of View Royal and hope to be able to continue to provide our services to the View Royal Elementary and Eagle View Elementary school communities supporting safe road sharing.
Please find attached our application and supporting documentation. Please let me know if any further information is needed or if the documents are not clear.
Regards,
Audrey Smith
