Re: Lot -1, 373 Island Hwy Variance request

We are the owners of the original home that neighbors lot 1, 373 Island Hwy.

Mr. Harminder Dhanowa of Jasmine Construction Ltd. has reviewed their proposed residence plans with us. The plan included the main floor elevations of 12.08m derived from the average grade, he has shown us the challenges that this creates with the building. We support the Variance request of changing the grade from 12.08m to 13.53m, this will put the first floor of the proposed dwelling closer to the elevation of our crawl space floor. This will give both homes have a more attractive curb appeal from the perspective of the shared driveway.
