A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
CITATION
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1078, 2021”.
AMENDMENTS
- Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is amended as follows:
a) By replacing the entirety of the preamble of the bylaw (the section of the bylaw before Section 1 Citation starting with ‘WHEREAS…”) with the following:
“WHEREAS Section 194 of the Community Charter authorizes a local government to impose fees and charges for all or parts of a service of the municipality, and Section 19 of the Community Charter authorizes a local government to be provided security through bylaw or as a condition of a license, permit, or approval, the Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:”
b) By adjusting Schedule “A” to add at the end of the Planning Application items in the Development Services section as follows:
