    • THAT there is a need to have a meeting closed to the public and persons other than the immediate members of Council, officers and employees of the Town, and those identified under Section 91 (2) of the Community Charter shall be excluded on the basis of Section 90(1)(e) – land and (k) – municipal service. CARRIED

    • a) Road and Drain Maintenance Contract Extension and Boulevard Maintenance Contract Extension

      • From the March 10, 2020 Special In-Camera Council meeting:
      • C-38-20 MOVED BY: Councillor Rogers
      • SECONDED: Councillor Lemon
      • THAT the Town of View Royal extend the Boulevard Maintenance Contract and the Road and Drain Maintenance Contract with Victoria Contracting and Municipal Maintenance Corporation (VCMMC) with changes described in the March 5, 2020 report from the Deputy Director of Engineering;
      • AND THAT staff execute new contracts for the period June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2025 with the opportunity to extend for another five years. CARRIED

    • b) 2379 Lund Road

      • C-39-20 MOVED BY: Councillor Rogers
      • SECONDED: Councillor Lemon
      • THAT the property located at 2379 Lund Road be listed on the open market at an initial asking price of $890,000 for six months with Colliers International. CARRIED
