Hi Sarah,
The break down would be $5939.40 on average per crossing guard position.
- View Royal Elementary - One position on Helmkin Road $5939.40
- Eagle View Elementary - Two positions Watkiss at Burnside and Talcott $11878.80
- Shoreline Middle and Craigflower Elementary - Two positions Admirals at Craigflower and Old Island Hwy $11878.80.
This amount takes into account that we do have unpaid absences from time to time and that there was a credit carried into this year due to one vacant position which is now filled until the end of June. This credit is noted in our application. The true cost is closer to $7500 per position.
