- THAT Environmental Development Permit Application 2020/01 – Natural Watercourse and Shoreline Development Permit Area for 275 Kerwood Street be denied; AND THAT the property owner be encouraged to consult with staff on both the Town’s “Private Dock Development Guidelines for Federally-Controlled Portion of Esquimalt Harbour” and the Official Community Plan’s development permit guidelines as the basis of a new application.
