To whom it may concern,
We have lived across the street from Troy and Sue-Anne Carter for almost seven years and have an excellent relationship with them. They have been open with us about their plans for a new workshop and we have no issues with it. We have found Troy to be very courteous with his building, restricting noise to within daylight hours. We believe the building will not detract from the surrounding area.
Again, we have no concerns about their proposal, and understand it is something that the Carters have been wanting to do for a long time. Using the previously laid foundation will be a great benefit to them, and we hope for their sake that it can be utilized.
