Good Morning;
Upon further examination of the parking spaces that staff is referring to with blocks A-E under (C) of the variance section, it appears that our overall site plan and parking spots that we show is misleading. There is in fact double car garages on these units which meets the bylaw requirement for parking. We are showing just one car in these garages which is an error which nobody caught. So the discussion about gradient and crossfall is not required but we will be taking the steps which I have shown in yesterdays email to make the driveways very usable and safe. So, at the end of the day the majority of units will have 4 parking stalls.
