Hi Kim, yes we received notice today that Metchosin has appointed their new representative and Joe mentioned to me on another email that this Thursday will be his last meeting.
Here is the motion from the March 9, 2020 Council meeting:
Moved and Seconded by Councillors Epp and MacKinnon that Councillor Kahakauwila be appointed to the Board of Directors for the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society for a one year term;
And that Councillor MacKinnon be appointed as Alternate for a one year term.
We also received notice from Colwood that they have appointed their new representative just after our April meeting.
I just spoke with Robert and he and Stewart will be on the call together.
