From: Sent: Wednesday, May 27, 2020 9:31 AM To: Gary Faykes GFaykes@viewroyal.ca Subject: RE: Question about 17 Eaton

Hi. I'm passing along that the house is listed for sale: https://darrendayrealestate.com/view-royal-mls-listings-darren-day-real-estate.html/listing.17-eaton-avenue-victoria-v8z-5c9.91944411

The breezeway is described as unfinished space and described as "a huge unfinished area which could be made into a 2nd suite for revenue purposes".

FYI, Thanks,

Hi. I'm am following up. I see the south side of the breezeway is now enclosed with a patio door with plywood on each side that is painted. So I just wanted to know if the matter has been resolved now.

Thanks,

Hi. I have a question about the construction of this house at 17 Eaton. If I understand correctly, the size restriction was met by having a breezeway. But what would happen if the owner decided to close up the breezeway?

The plans are found here: http://www.viewroyal.ca/assets/Town~Hall/Agendas~and~Minutes/2012/COW/COW%202012%2011%2013%20Agenda.pdf

Thanks for helping me understand.
