Re: Building Permit #2110 – 17 Eaton Avenue
Please find the enclosed materials that were submitted as per your building application for 17 Eaton Avenue. We are unable to approve your application for your deck and enclosure as you would exceed the permitted floor space allowable as well the deck would require a Development Permit and possible variances for lot coverage.
A partial refund will be forwarded to you shortly via cheque.
