As a resident of #14 Erskine Lane, we are concerned about the development at #9 Erskine Lane and with the current COVID situation, I feel this development could just slide through without hearing and giving input direct to the developer. We just can’t do this via email. We have concerns. Traffic lights at Erskine Lane and Watkiss, sidewalks, green space, playground areas. This development is huge on our dead end Erskine Lane and we are justly concerned. This is going to dramatically change our landscape and we need to see the developers plans and we need to have a voice.
