a) Canada Day Event
Councillor Mattson invited Committee members to attend the February 15, 2018 Volunteer View Royal meeting to discuss preparations for the 2018 Canada Day event.

7.1 STAFF REPORTS
a) Centennial Park Playground Upgrade
The Engineering Clerk discussed the Centennial Park Playground upgrade project, including the proposed new location and replacement of existing playground equipment. She requested that feedback from Committee members be received by February 16, 2018 as to types of equipment; and noted that a request for proposals will be issued to suppliers based on Committee feedback. Once the proposals have been received, further community engagement will take place.

The Engineering Clerk invited Committee members to attend the Budget Open House at Town Hall between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on February 13, 2018.
