Re: Proposed Rear Deck Expansion at 275 Plowright
Further to our recent communication, we understand that you are proposing to expand the rear deck on your residence, wherein you wish to construct a new covered deck, elevated some 700mm above your existing deck, which would occupy the area between your existing deck and garage/studio, extending westward to our common property boundary.
As discussed with you, we have no objection to the noted deck expansion subject of course to the two considerations we cited during our related conversations.
Please advise if we might provide additional comment/clarification.
