TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1002
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO REZONING 242-244 ISLAND HIGHWAY TO RM-3: MIXED RESIDENTIAL
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1002, 2018”.
Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, 2014, No. 900, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for the lands legally described as
LOT 34, SECTION 3, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 3738, EXCEPT PARTS IN PLAN EPP8968
LOT 35, SECTION 3, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 3738, EXCEPT PARTS IN PLAN EPP9053
which are currently zoned R-1B Detached Residential (Medium Lot) such that the zoning for the aforementioned properties is established as follows:
a. The lands as shown outlined on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned RM-3: Mixed Residential.
