Re: Referral Comments - Draft Colwood OCP, Bylaw No. 1700, 2018
The City of Colwood has included a number of amendments to the "Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1700, 2018" (Draft OCP) since holding a public hearing for the bylaw, on the 18th of June, 2018. The amendments to the Draft OCP are attached for your reference. The proposed amendments are limited to statements and map designations respecting present land uses, water and sewer systems, and present and proposed public facilities in Colwood. We ask that any response to this referral request be returned to planning@colwood.ca by 4:00 pm on July 23, 2018.
The Draft OCP can be accessed via the following web address: www.colwood.ca/OCP Please contact our office if you have any questions.
We look forward to receiving your feedback, which will be conveyed to Colwood City Council to inform any decisions they may choose to make regarding amendment and/or adoption of the Draft OCP.
