RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council adopt the Council & Committee of the Whole 2012 meeting schedule.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER COMMENTS:
I concur with the recommendation.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To provide Council with the 2012 meeting schedule for Council & Committee of the Whole as attached hereto as Attachment "A".
DISCUSSION:
As the 2012 AVICC Convention is being held April 13–14, 2012 in Ucluelet, BC and the 2012 UBCM Convention being held in Victoria, BC from September 24–28, 2012 these will not affect the proposed Council and Committee of the Whole 2012 Meeting Schedule.
Also, as the Town Hall will be closed from December 24, 2011 – January 2, 2012 the January 3, 2012 has been cancelled.
