2016 Notes
- Fees held with the opening of new facilities in our community;
- The cost of the annual pass can be broken down into monthly payments to provide an easy payment option; $385 plus tax fee - works out to $32.08 per month;
- We continue to price the family pass at the cost of 2 adult family passes;
- This has encouraged the increase of annual passes in the previous year.
- Child-minding fee is being held at current price based on the Peninsula Co-op sponsorship.

2016 Notes
- Rooms are aligned with School District fees.
- Rooms rentals increased 1-4% depending on rounding the number
- Wedding reception full day day increased by $60 so we have the ability to put on security staff
- Wedding reception "set-ups" are now a flat fee instead of hourly rental starting at 5pm the night before. This aligns us with other venues.
- Outdoor ceremonies are more expensive than indoor ceremonies because of the set-up needs
- Swimming pool rates added single lane rental charges for adult and youth

2016 Notes
- Arena ice rates are sitting very close to the Regional average, so adjustments to the fees are held at 1%-2%
- School group rentals increased 2% to accommodate the increase in CUPE wages as this rate covers staff wages for the school rentals.
- No increase on skate rentals or sharpening as we are already at the municipal average
- No increase on 24hr dry floor rental as we strive to attract more "full day" event rentals during the shoulder season of April-May
- Curling rates to receive a 1-3.5% increase

2016 Notes
- Garbage and recycling set-up increased 17% as new receptacles will need to be purchased
- Garbage removal daily instead of per hour
