   Staff Recommendation: THAT Development Permit No. 2015/12 be approved as per the plans and reports attached to the January 27, 2016 report from the Senior Planner titled “Development Permit Application No. 2015/12 – 102 Atkins Road”;

   AND THAT Development Permit No. 2015/12 include the following conditions:

   • Tree protection measures as recommended by the project arborist to be in place prior to issuance of building permits
   • Landscape cost estimate to be provided prior to development permit issuance

   AND FURTHER THAT Development Permit No. 2015/12 include the following variance:

   • Variance to the minimum rear yard setback for a hydro kiosk from 7.0m to 0.0m.

   b) West Shore Parks and Recreation Society Board of Directors Alternate

   Staff Recommendation: THAT Council appoint an alternate to the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society Board of Directors.
