The West Shore Arts Council: the lead advocate for public understanding of, participation in and appreciation of the arts, culture and heritage and their valuable contribution to a vibrant community.

The Juan de Fuca Performing Arts Centre Society: a registered non-profit society whose purpose is to plan, promote, develop, construct and operate a performing arts facility that will accommodate a comprehensive range of cultural and community experiences.

• To encourage participation in performance arts by providing appropriate space, training facilities, and a “hub” of teachers and learners;
• To create and support economic development in the West Shore.
