We, Brad Johnson, Brigitte Johnson, Debora Danby, and Ken Poskitt are requesting your support to repurpose and renovate our existing garage into an in law suite for Debora and Ken. We are applying to the city of View Royal for a variance from the Land Use Bylaw on the account of the property line setback. One corner of our existing garage sits 0.9 meters from the property line; the setback in this zone is 7.5 meters.
