1. CALL TO ORDER

The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. MINUTES, RECEIPT & ADOPTION OF

a) Minutes for the Planning and Development Advisory Committee held November 24, 2015

THAT the minutes of the Planning and Development Advisory Committee meeting held November 24, 2015 be approved as presented.

4. CHAIR'S REPORT

The Chair, S. Brown noted that once her terms has expired (Feburary 29, 2016) she will not be returning as a member of the Planning and Development Advisory Committee.

Councillor Weisgerber noted that a set of objectives for the Committees will be coming forward. The Committee discussed growing frustrations with the lack of items from Council and inability to pursue proactive initiatives.

7.1 View Royal Demographics – National Household Survey

The Committee reviewed and discussed the View Royal demographics – National Household Survey information and will await results from the 2016 Census which will have more accurate information.

Councillor Weisgerber introduced the CRD Regional Trails Management Plan to the Committee. The Committee discussed CRD's connectivity to View Royal Parks and Trails.
