BYLAW NO. 941

A BYLAW TO AMEND SANITARY SEWER RATES AND REGULATIONS BYLAW NO. 397, 2000

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 397, cited as “Sanitary Sewer Rates and Regulations Bylaw No. 397, 2000” is hereby amended as follows:

   a) By deleting Schedule “E” in its entirety and substituting the amended Schedule “E” as attached hereto and forming a part of this Bylaw.

2. This Bylaw may be cited as “Sanitary Sewer Rates and Regulations Bylaw No. 397, 2000, Amendment Bylaw No. 941, 2016”.
