Re: Island Highway Improvement Project
Dear Mr. Rosenberg
We are pleased to revise our original submission and submit a new fee proposal for the design of approximately 275 metres of Island Highway.
After discussions with the Town of View Royal, Westbrook Consulting has revised the scope to align better with the Town's goals for this project. As such, our fees as well as our sub-consultant's fees have been reduced.
The design fees for the project have been broken down as follows:
Island Highway Improvements (Stewart Avenue to Stormont Road)

Of the above mentioned fees, there is a portion that would be dedicated to the redevelopment of 280 Island Highway. Westbrook Consulting Ltd. estimates the design fees for the frontage improvements for that portion to be $13,000, leaving a balance of $78,735 for the Town of View Royal.
As part of our reducing our fees, a few items were removed from the original scope that may be required. If the Town of View Royal wishes to add any of the removed items in the future, the associated fees are listed below:
