TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 940

A BYLAW TO ASSIGN THE NAMES OF HIGHWAYS

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient in accordance with Section 39 (a) of the Community Charter;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Street Naming Bylaw, No. 940, 2015".
2. That portion of highway labelled "Lund Rd" on the plan attached hereto as Schedule 'A' of this Bylaw, is hereby named "Lund Road".
3. That portion of highway labelled "Massey Place" on the plan attached hereto as Schedule 'B' of this Bylaw, is hereby named "Massey Place".

READ A THIRD TIME THIS 1st DAY OF DECEMBER, 2015.
