Dear Mayor and Council,

I am writing to you in regards to the new proposed house at 275 Kerwood Avenue. As the owner of 307 Beaumont Avenue I have concerns regarding the overall height of the new house that is proposed to be built and how it could potentially obstruct my ocean view. I have attached three pictures showing you the view that I have. I wish that you take into consideration the height of the previous house on the property and of the existing homes on the street.
