Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, 2009

"THAT the removal of one (1) tree at 212 Shadow Ridge Place be approved; AND THAT as per the Town's Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, that two (2) trees be replanted (2:1 ratio) for this one (1) tree to be removed with the requirement that the replacement trees be of a native species suitable for the area with a starting height of 1.8 to 3.0 metres."

"THAT the removal of one (1) tree at 283 Pallisier Avenue be approved; AND THAT as per the Town's Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, that two (2) trees be replanted at a 2:1 ratio for this one (1) tree being removed."

"THAT Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, 2009 be given first, second and third reading."

"THAT consideration of Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, 2009 be brought forward to the December 8, 2009 Committee of the Whole Meeting."

"THAT the Committee recommend to Council that draft Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, 2009 be approved in principle, pending the input of the Parks, Recreation and Environmental Advisory Committee. AND THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Parks, Recreation and Environment Advisory Committee be directed to draft a list of significant trees in the Town of View Royal."
