Details of Presentation: View Royal must update its OCP and municipal processes by 2025 to meet new BC housing requirements. This presentation addresses ways for View Royal to incorporate Natural Asset Management and Nature-based Solutions, which are new globally recognized urban planning standards for climate mitigation and adaptation, sustainable development, and biodiversity, supported by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, BC Government, and 35 local governments including Colwood, Courtney, and Nanaimo. (provide additional information as an attachment if required)
