Details of Item to be Added: The VRCC has brought to our attention an opportunity for the Town to increase its capacity for Natural Asset Management by participating in the Natural Asset Management Roadmap Program. The program provides guidance and expertise to local governments just beginning to incorporate natural asset management in their asset management and financial planning. Cost of participation would be $850 and requires some staff time. I propose that Council direct staff to submit the Expression of Interest Form for the Natural Asset Management Roadmap Program being delivered by the Natural Asset Initiative in partnership with Intact Public Entities.
