Greater Victoria BMX Society Resolution

We, the undersigned, being all the Executive Board of Directors of the Greater Victoria BMX (Bicycle Motor cross) Society, the non-profit organization consent and agree that the following resolution:

On February 20, 2021, at 10am, located on zoom during the Greater Victoria BMX Executive Budget Meeting.

Resolution to budget $7500 to implement and originate a loaner/rental bike and helmet program with COVID procedures in place so patrons are able to experience the BMX track during “open track” or racing should they chose.

We, as the Executive Board of Directors of Greater Victoria BMX, do hereby consent to the adoption of the following Resolution:

Resolution to provide funds by fundraising or grant support up to and including $10,000 to the track to implement, hosted by the Greater Victoria BMX.

Therefore, it is resolved that the Greater Victoria BMX will:

Delegate a bank account specifically for funds to fundraise or grant support.
