Certified resolution in writing of the board of directors of Peninsula Streams Society (the Society).
The undersigned certifies that the Society is duly organized and operating under the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
IT WAS RESOLVED THAT:
- The Society request a Grant in Aid from the Town of View Royal.
- Any director, officer or staff member be authorized to sign all documents and perform such acts as may be necessary to compete the application.
