ADDITIONAL WOOD FENCING

1. Approx. 426’ of 6ft high, 3-rail, alternating 1x6 “good neighbour” style wood fence

• Based on similar specifications as current fence Nordic Industries Ltd. is installing on site
• Including removal and disposal of existing wood fence, site prep, etc.

ADDITIONAL CONCRETE FENCING

2. Approx. 196’ of 6ft high, concrete fencing

• Including any removal and disposal of existing fencing, if necessary, site prep, etc.

CONTROLLED ACCESS GATE WITHING CONCRETE FENCE

3. One 4ft wide x 6ft high chain link security gate

• Based on similar specifications as previously quoted for CCN #5-R1

Lump sum price: $ 91,867.00 + GST

OPTION – upgrade chain link controlled access gate to Ameristar Montage ornamental gate – additional $ 1,500.00 + GST
