Further to you email of January 28th 2021 I have included the following information for consideration.
- Letter from Ryzuk Geotechnical – Feb. 8th 2021
- Arborists report – Feb. 9th 2021
- Landscape Plan
- Site Grading plan with cross section
- Sustainability Checklist
- Materials Breakdown – The materials board with colors will be delivered to you on Friday
The grade change from Lund road to the rear of the site is approximately 8m. and, as shown on the grading plan, almost the entire site will have trees and vegetation removed. The Arborist indicates that there are no ‘Heritage’ trees on site but there may be an opportunity to save some trees in the rear yard and this will be reviewed by the Arborist following completion of blasting. As a result of the extensive site work required we have not done an environmental assessment.
