Details of Presentation: To present to council on a rezoning/zoning amendment application submitted for 10 Erskine Lane and to seek early feedback from Council. The proposal entails a rezoning to add one storey and 13 units to current zoning, for a total of a 5-storey, 43-unit building. The rezoning application has bee submitted, and a TIA and arborist report are being finalized.
