PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Province is leasing portion of hardy dart lands to the town as park. The Aldersmith Park is insufficient as an off leash area (hidden, not on main route, conflicts with other park use). There has been and will be more residents… and dogs.

PROJECT LOCATION

Between Watiss Way and Galloping Goose Trail

ANTICIPATED COST (IF KNOWN)

$150,000 from BC Transit may be sufficient IF they / province clears the land as part of the Handydart project. Fencing, water fountain, doggy bags, garbage cans, benches
