A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH A RESERVE FOR COMMUNITY AMENITY CONTRIBUTIONS

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw is cited as the “Community Amenity Contributions Reserve Bylaw No. 1080, 2021”.
A Community Amenity Contributions Reserve is established for the specified purpose of depositing and using cash Community Amenity Contribution funds for the purpose of any public benefit, improvement or contribution that can enhance the quality of life for a community.
Money in the Community Amenity Contributions Reserve, and interest earned on it, must be used only for the purpose of funding those initiatives that provide any public benefit, improvement or contribution that can enhance the quality of life for a community.
