Details of Presentation: We are approaching Committee again to receive direction for proceed with our request to reinstate the residential component of the C-7 zone for 1720 Wilfert Road.

The property is identified as Neighbourhood Mixed Use in the OCP

As directed by Committee in December 2020, we have a layout and massing concept to present.

We would also like to re-visit the Road Closure concept that was initially proposed by others in 2018.
