Event Conditions:
- Vehicles/Type: 10 production vehicles
- Applicant required to notify area businesses and residents regarding filming.
- Applicant responsible for all clean up and clean up costs.
- Applicant required to provide proof of a minimum $5,000,000 public liability insurance containing a cross liability clause and naming the City of Victoria as additional insured.
- Filming is subject to noise bylaw and should not cause disturbance to neighbouring businesses or residents.
- Applicant to ensure a minimum 5' (1.5m) safe pedestrian passage be maintained on sidewalks at all times.
- Applicant to ensure that electrical cords running from production vehicles are taped/marked and/or matted.
- The applicant has developed a Covid-19 Safety plan that outlines the policies, guidelines, and procedures they have put in place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, as required by WorkSafe BC. The safety plan must be posted at the work site and available to all crew members and staff.
- Public Works traffic control will place no parking signs on Broad, Yates and View Streets.
Approval Terms:
Approval is granted subject to the conditions specified in this document. The applicant has agreed that they will notify the city within 48 hours of receiving this permit if they do not agree to comply with any or all of its terms.
