DESCRIPTION: Interior and exterior filming at Tres Gourmet Bakery and Cafe. Work trucks on Broad, Yates and View. Circus, crew and catering at the Breakwater District at Ogden Point.

Event Conditions:

  • Vehicles/Type: 10 production vehicles
  • Applicant required to notify area businesses and residents regarding filming.
  • Applicant responsible for all clean up and clean up costs.
  • Applicant required to provide proof of a minimum $5,000,000 public liability insurance containing a cross liability clause and naming the City of Victoria as additional insured.
  • Filming is subject to noise bylaw and should not cause disturbance to neighbouring businesses or residents.
  • Applicant to ensure a minimum 5' (1.5m) safe pedestrian passage be maintained on sidewalks at all times.
  • Applicant to ensure that electrical cords running from production vehicles are taped/marked and/or matted.
  • The applicant has developed a Covid-19 Safety plan that outlines the policies, guidelines, and procedures they have put in place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, as required by WorkSafe BC. The safety plan must be posted at the work site and available to all crew members and staff.
  • Public Works traffic control will place no parking signs on Broad, Yates and View Streets.
