Re: Admirals Walk Shopping Centre

To: Mayor and Council;

NAI Commercial (Victoria) Inc. as the management company for the mall have been instructed by the landlord, and working with Pentillion Construction, to provide a proposal for incorporating a fresh look at Admirals Walk Shopping Centre.

The proposal includes a new paint scheme, the addition of rock and cedar elements along with options for the replacement of the awnings, either with new awning material or a metal covering to match other metal aspects of the shopping centre. Also, included in the upgrade will be new signage provided by Graphic FX Sign Works, all of this in order to enhance the mall appearance and provide an inviting atmosphere for customers visiting the centre.
