Plan Overview

The drawing provides the Level 3 (L3) overall plan for the Eagles Nest residential development. The building consists of three main wings arranged in a U-shape around a central open courtyard area.

Wing 1 (North/Top): Defined by grid lines 1-A to 1-G and 1-1 to 1-13.
Wing 2 (South-West/Bottom-Left): Defined by grid lines 2-A to 2-G and 2-1 to 2-12.
Wing 3 (South-East/Right): Defined by grid lines 3-A to 3-G and 3-1 to 3-9.

The plan includes detailed unit layouts, corridors, stairwells, and elevator cores for each wing. Dimension strings are provided along the perimeter and between major grid lines.
