Drawing Notes

  1. DO NOT SCALE DRAWING: Verify all property lines and existing structures/vegetation to remain, prior to commencing work.
  2. All plan dimensions in metres and all detail dimensions in millimetres.
  3. Plant quantities on Plans shall take precedence over plant list quantities.
  4. Contractor to confirm location and elevation of all existing services and utilities prior to start of construction.
  5. Provide layout of all work for approval by Landscape Architect prior to proceeding with work.

  • Existing Tree to be Removed: Indicated by a red circle with 'X', Tree Tag #, and Critical Root Zone (CRZ).

Site Plan Overview

The drawing provides a detailed plan for tree retention and removal for the Eagles Nest Residences project. The site is bounded by Helmcken Road to the south and Burnside Road to the east. The plan shows building footprints, site elevations, and the locations of numerous cataloged trees.

  • Retained Trees (Green Circles): These are primarily located along the property perimeters, including tree tags #21 through #34, #35 through #58, #60 through #65, #75 through #79, #NT1 through #NT5, and #NT6.
  • Potentially Removed Trees (Yellow Circles): Includes tree tag #59.
  • Removed Trees (Red Circles with X): Numerous trees situated within or near the proposed building footprints are marked for removal, including tags #1 through #20, #68 through #74, #80 through #94, #96, #176, and #NT7 through #NT10.
