Subject: Hole dug by SOL LANDSCAPING at 335 Stewart Ave, View Royal.
To whom it may concern,
We, SOL LANDSCAPING are the company responsible for our weekly maintenance at Mr Brian Richards’ property at 335 Stewart Ave, View Royal.
We dug a hole on the driveway, right in front of the large maple tree to assess how compacted, if any, the ground underneath was. The hole we dug was 20”x20” on the surface and went 17” deep.
We found that the dirt was extreme compacted and in fact there were way more rocks than dirt and mostly gravel base. We had to loosening up with a pick axe and it took quite the effort to do.
Mr. Richards showed me the precise location of where the building will rise, confirming that it will all sit on the North side of the driveway or will attach to the already existing house.
My professional opinion is that the proposed building should not have any impact whatsoever that I can think of, and if it does, it would be very minimal due to the large drain gravel already in place.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
