COMMENTS: It really depends on individual areas. In this case no as the neighborhood already knows it is there & the money would be better spent on something more important.
2. Are you in favour of marking/delineating water access to Polly Place:

COMMENTS: no, as it may bring more traffic to the area & there is no real usable beach area. It would to me be a waste of money.
