Mr. Richards surveyed 18 people on his construction proposal.
Mr. Richards did not approach 325, 327, 333 and 333A Stewart, his closest neighbours.
Many of the people he surveyed are not anywhere near the project.
In addition at least four of the surveyed properties are owned by developers/realtors.
There are seven properties with line-of-sight to this project. Call them 'close neighbours'.
They are 325 through to 333A Stewart Ave.
We conducted a small survey of our own which is attached.
In our survey, four of the seven line-of-sight 'close neighbour' properties were against this proposal.
This compares to the two people in this 'close neighbour' area that Mr. Richards found to be for the proposal (329 and 331 is one owner, along with 328 who might be changing her mind).
