Lindsay Chase; Development Services In progress. Met with owners reps from 2 Hospital Way. Meeting with CRD on Feb 12 to understand what mechanism might be used. Research indicates this a SRW for both CRD and Fortis. Owners of Hospital Way site are considering future of site and they are not able to consider SRW until that assessment is complete.
Council 2021-01-19 C-05-21 THAT bird friendly design guidelines be referred to the Official Community Plan process for consideration with the review of development permit areas; AND THAT options for incorporation of bird friendly design be considered for developments where possible in advance of that OCP review.
