A BYLAW TO ADOPT AN OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1180, 2026”.
- The Official Community Plan attached hereto as Schedule “A” and made part of this Bylaw is hereby designated as the Official Community Plan for the Town of View Royal.
- Bylaw No. 811, 2011, being “Official Community Plan Bylaw, No. 811, 2011 and all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed except insofar as it may repeal any other bylaw.
