BYLAW NO. 896
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE DESIGNATION OF 2427 CHILCO ROAD
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 896, 2014”.
Schedule "L" Land Use Designations of the View Royal Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011 is amended by amending the Land Use and Land Use Boundaries for lands within lands legally described as Lot 29, Section 90, Esquimalt District, Plan 748 Except Part in Plan VIP67813 which is currently designated Rural (RU) and Residential (R), such that the land use designation for the aforementioned property is established as follows:
a) That part of the lands shown outlined and labelled “P” on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule “1” is designated Parks, Open Space and Recreation (P).
b) That part of the lands shown outlined and labelled “RU” on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule “1” is designated Rural (R).
c) That part of the lands shown outlined and labelled “R” on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule “1” is designated Residential (R).
