Pretty much every household in the area uses their driveway as a parking space, many have garages as storage units. As long as their vehicles are off the street then I see no reason why a single car garage and a driveway isn't sufficient to park in their home. It is a cul de sal so definitely important that the household doesn't have multiple vehicles that will end up parking on the street and making manouvering difficult. In principle and as long as vehicles are parked off the road, I believe we should approve this variance.
