To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my support for my neighbours, Kathleen and Geoff Sheffield, in their application for a variance to operate a bed and breakfast in their home at 21 Tovey Cres.
I believe their B&B would be a positive addition to our neighbourhood and will be managed responsibly. They have always been considerate and respectful neighbours, and I trust that they will maintain the same standard of care and courtesy in running their business.
